Welcome to Plush Houston. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and vehicle rentals. By accessing our site or renting a vehicle from us, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. General Information
Plush Houston operates as an exotic and luxury car rental and chauffeur service located in Cypress, Texas.
All rentals, bookings, and related services are provided in accordance with these Terms. Plush Houston reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To rent or drive a vehicle from Plush Houston, you must:
Be at least 25 years old
Hold a valid driver’s license recognized in the United States
Provide proof of auto insurance coverage
Present a major credit or debit card in your name for payment and security deposit
Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
3. Booking and Payment
All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Plush Houston.
A valid payment method is required to secure any booking.
Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of reservation.
The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid prior to vehicle pickup or delivery.
Security deposits are held during the rental period and refunded after vehicle inspection, provided no damages or violations occur.
Plush Houston reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings at its discretion.
4. Vehicle Use and Responsibilities
By renting a vehicle, you agree to:
Operate the vehicle safely and responsibly
Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
Use the vehicle for personal or business transportation only (no racing, towing, or illegal activity)
Return the vehicle in the same condition it was received
Any misuse, negligence, or illegal activity involving the rented vehicle will result in immediate termination of the rental and forfeiture of deposits.
5. Mileage and Fuel Policy
Each rental includes a predefined mileage limit. Additional miles will incur extra charges based on the vehicle type.
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when received, or a refueling fee will apply.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 48 hours before pickup may be eligible for a partial refund.
Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) are non-refundable.
No-shows and early returns will not receive refunds.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
7. Damage and Liability
The renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period, regardless of fault.
All damages will be assessed and charged accordingly.
Plush Houston is not liable for personal items left inside the vehicle.
8. Insurance Coverage
All renters must maintain valid insurance coverage.
If your insurance does not extend to rental vehicles, Plush Houston may offer or require additional coverage options before vehicle release.
9. Chauffeur Services
For chauffeur-driven experiences, Plush Houston provides trained and licensed drivers.
Clients must respect chauffeur schedules, pickup times, and vehicle use guidelines. Any delay or misuse may result in additional charges.
10. Late Returns
Late returns will incur hourly or daily extension fees, depending on the vehicle and time exceeded.
If you anticipate a delay, please contact our team immediately to arrange an extension.
11. Privacy Policy
All personal and payment information collected is used strictly for processing rentals, communication, and improving customer experience.
We do not share or sell customer information to third parties.
12. Limitation of Liability
Plush Houston is not responsible for indirect losses, damages, or expenses resulting from vehicle malfunctions, traffic incidents, or delays beyond our control.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
